for #1 it was ethical because he was on break and he wasn't told not to be on the computer and the program wasn't going to break the computer and the program was legal


#2 I thought that it was ethical because they did not pay for the rights they paid him to make it and it is his program



#3 It was criminal   because he had to break the codes and he didn't have permission


#4 It was criminal cause he he didn't have permission to take money out of his account 


#7it was unethical because he was forced to do some thing not right or he would be  fired  so if anyone would be a criminal was the boss who forced him to do the program
